Five easy Ways to Boost your Immune System
Lymphatic massage
One of the main purposes of lymphatic massage is to increase circulation of lymph fluid throughout the body. This type of massage enhances immune system function by decongesting the pathways which in turn releases toxins, remove bacteria, viruses, cancer cells and dead cells from the body.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage helps our bodies immune system by promoting lymph flow! this enhances our body's natural detoxification process, reducing swelling and inflammation. This massage technique also boosts immune function by increasing the circulation of white blood cells and antibodies, which help fight off infections and illnesses.
Dry Brushing
Dry brushing involves brushing the skin with a bristle brush to exfoliate the skin and remove dead skin cells. It’s important to remember that the skin is our largest organ, about 1/3 of toxins are excreted through the skin. This practice can boost circulation and also promote lymph drainage. Dry brushing skin can further enhance detoxification since removing the layer of dead skin allows the body to remove more toxins.
Dry brushing can help support the immune system by stimulating the lymphatic system, which is a key part of the body's immune defense. The lymphatic system is made up of organs and tissues that move fluids, including white blood cells and waste products, throughout the body. Dry brushing's light pressure can help encourage this flow of lymph, which can help detoxify the body and support the immune system.
